The Brethren of David Bonner Lodge No 9678, their partners and guests enjoyed a musical white table lunch at Cole Court, Twickenham on Saturday 28^th January. The entertainment was provided by Anglo-Venezuelan Sofia Kirwan-Baez a singer and classical and Jazz pianist, a former student at the Royal Welsh College of Music where following her Batchelor’s Degree, she obtained a Master’s in Music (Voice) receiving a Distinction and the highest grade of her year. Therefore, the members and guests were in good company musically, especially with the David Bonner Lodge being the musicians Lodge within the Province of Middlesex. The entertainment was followed by a three-course lunch after which a raffle took place with the proceeds of £115 being in aid of the Shooting Star Children’s Hospices. The event was organised by W. Bro Keith Gardiner , Lodge Secretary and ably assisted by his wife Carole who welcomed the guests, arranged the seating plan whilst Lodge members attended a short GPC Meeting prior to the lunch as well as liaison with the Centre. Many of the guests expressed their delight at the wonderful time they had at Cole Court with great entertainment and a superb and enjoyable lunch.

The next White Table will be on Saturday 13th May 2023 when the entertainment will be provided by  the Middlesex Provincial Choir with songs from the four countries making up the United Kingdom in honour of the King Charles’ Coronation.
