The Middlesex Light Blues Club is expanding its activities under a new vision, the promotion of social fun for Masons and their families, and is appealing to all members to attend its AGM on 13 April and hear how they can both contribute and benefit. The initiative is supported by the Pro Provincial Grand Master, R.W. Bro Peter Baker, who will attend the AGM.
The Light Blues Club was started as a forum for new members to meet socially, debate Masonic issues and get to know each other better. Among its more popular events to date are regular trips to Freemasons Hall, headquarters of the United Grand Lodge of England.
Now the club plans to extend the number and range of activities it provides and become a more active part of new Masons’ lives. To achieve this a new dedicated web site and app for the club will be launched and many more events will be held, including go karting events, curry nights, darts tournaments, casino nights and much more.
The club needs the input of members to turn its vision into reality, to provide your thoughts and feedback and also vote on the key issues that will guide the future of the club. Don’t miss the chance to help shape its future at this crucial stage of the club’s development !
The AGM starts at 9.30am on 13th April at Harrow District Masonic Centre, Northwick Circle, Harrow, HA3 0EL, with tea and coffee served from 9am.
At the conclusion of the AGM there will be a free buffet held in the bar.
