The ANNUAL CONVOCATION OF PROVINCIAL GRAND CHAPTER – TODAY – 4:00pm :-

Wednesday, 21st June 2017

at:- Freemasons’ Hall,
Great Queen Street,
London WC2B 5AZ

Congratulations to all those receiving their Appointments and Promotions today at the Provincial Grand Chapter of Middlesex Annual Convocation !

We look forward to seeing them being invested by the Most Excellent Grand Superintendent, E Comp Alastair Mason, later this afternoon.

2.15 p.m. – Doors Open

Companions must complete and sign the Attendance Register before entering the Temple.

Active Provincial Grand Officers designate must collect their Active Rank Jewel and Rank Card from the Active Officers’ Registration Desk outside the Grand Temple before the meeting.

First Appointments and Promotions for Past Provincial Grand Officers designate must collect their Rank and Seating Card from the Registration Desk outside the Grand Temple before the meeting.
 
3.15 p.m. – ALL to be seated, unless part of processions

4.00 p.m. – Provincial Grand Chapter will open

7.00 p.m. – Dinner in the Grand Connaught Rooms – bars will be open prior to dining
 

MORNING DRESS or DARK LOUNGE SUIT

Middlesex Provincial, Festival, Royal Arch or plain black tie, white collar.

Grand Lodge has advised “The South, West and North seating areas on the lower level of the Grand Temple have been fitted with an ACOUSTIC LOOP. Companions with impaired hearing sitting in these areas are advised to select position ‘T’ on their hearing aids”.
