Freemasonry has its special moments, and this was one of them.

58 members and guests from a panoply of Provincial Lodges gathered on Friday 10th March for the Anniversary meeting of North Harrow Lodge No 6557 at HDMC.  W. Bro John Taylor PSGD APGM attended with his Provincial Escort on one of the last official visits of his 5-year tenure.,

Additionally, the Father of the Lodge W. Bro Terry Clayfield PPrSGW celebrated the 45th anniversary of having been initiated into the Lodge in 1978 by W. Bro Albert Hubbard PPrJGW, now 95 years old, who was also present at the meeting.

To celebrate this masonic milestone of 75 years the Lodge made donations to Charity totalling £2500 with individual gifts of £1000 to the local branch of the Alzheimer’s Society, £750 to Kids Can Achieve and £750 to Harrow Young Carers

At the  exceptional 4 course festive board the Lodge Mentor, W Bro Vaughan Coleridge-Matthews PPrAGDC announced that in the interests of the environment he had obtained sponsorship for the planting of 75 trees to commemorate the anniversary in the name of North Harrow Lodge.
